Everything you need to know about your roof inspection — in plain English.
Thanks for booking your inspection.
Letting a contractor climb around on your roof isn't something you do every day — so I put this together to tell you exactly what's going to happen. No fine print, no surprises.
If you've ever had a contractor talk in circles, dodge a straight answer, or hit you with a number that made your stomach drop, this is going to feel different. That's the whole reason I built this company.

Owner, Sergio Esco Construction
We text you when we're on our way. We walk the roof and photograph the spots that fail first — flashing, valleys, decking, the seals around your vents. Then we come down and show you exactly what we found, right on the screen. The whole thing takes about 30–45 minutes. You don't have to do a thing but point us toward the driveway.
You will not get a hard sell on your doorstep. We hand you a written estimate, answer your questions, and get out of your hair so you can think. The number we write down is the number — it doesn't quietly climb once work starts. And if your roof has good years left, we'll tell you that too, even if it means we don't get the job.
A lot of that big quote isn't your roof — it's their fleet of trucks, the billboards, the showroom, the commissioned closer. You pay for all of it. We run lean on purpose and install the same name-brand materials without the markup. Same quality, often thousands less — backed by a written workmanship warranty on the labor itself.
Tear off the old, lay down the new — clean, tight, and built to last. That's a Sergio Esco roof.
We'd genuinely rather you check us out than just trust us. Any contractor who won't hand you this should make you nervous — we hand it over first.
So we can set a ladder up safely.
If a spouse or partner helps decide, having them there means everyone's questions get answered in one visit — not two.
A ceiling stain, a leak after storms, missing shingles, a creeping energy bill. The more we know, the more useful we are.
A roof is the thing standing between your family and every storm that rolls through. That's what we're actually here to protect — and we don't take it lightly.
"Absolutely love this company — respectful, fast, and they replaced our whole roof in barely a day."
No pressure, no games — just an honest look at your roof and a straight answer about where it stands.
